The power supply market entered with two 12-VHWPR and 1300 watts of power

During the first half of January, 15 years from 12:00 a.m. by Valentin Sattler In the wake of the HOF GH1300, Galax has launched a dependable power supply unit. The new 1300 watt power supply will add the Geforce RTX 4090 HOF, which is the only custom design that can be operated with two connecting lines.

New, and optional, graphics cards, boardstock, SSDs and memory modules, Galex now provides power supplies. Using the new HOF GH1300, the new first corresponding product is being sold now on the basis of the new ATX 3.0 standard and does not have only one, but two new 12VHPWR power plugs. This allows two graphics cards RTX 4000 to be operated without an adapter, each with each of these connections.

The only option which is required for power plugs is a custom graphics card from Galax. The Geforce RTX 4090 HOF is aimed at overclockers. Two connections connect, so you can even get a higher TDP. It shouldn’t be a coincidence that Galax now comes with the right power supply.

The power supply is advertised with a total output of 1,300 watts, although according to the ATX 3.0 specification, the output can be used for 0.15 ms. Despite a heavy overclocking, the 630 watt TDP of the Geforce RTX 4090 HOF shouldn’t be a problem. Despite the hard workings of the power source, there’s still talk of 92 percent efficiency, with which the Galax HOF GH1300 achieves a maximum of 80 Plus Platinum.

The Asus is also going to be starting: the FX 4080/4090 in white: After Galax, the Asus is at the beginning of the new year, and the other one is going to be at the first.

Unfortunately, some customers in Europe will find it difficult to buy a GH1300. The power supply has only been sold in China, where it is listed on Taobao for just under 260 euros. Until now, two or three of the products originating from Europe can come on the market. According to the PCGH price comparison, there are several alternatives in Germany: now 5 power supply is listed there with 2 12VHPWR wires.
